A nonprofit corporation dedicated to raising financial awareness while promoting the financial planning and services industry, SOFA has been providing no-cost financial seminars to local communities for more than 25 years. SOFA members are professionals from across the spectrum of the financial services industry, including accountants, financial advisors, mortgage brokers, and others.
Beyond providing an opportunity to give back to the community, membership in SOFA offers numerous benefits to financial services professionals. Upon joining the organization, members gain access to a suite of training and coaching tools that help them develop a community presence and a reputation as the local expert in their field. SOFA also advocates for its members through its Intro and Boost initiatives, which involve SOFA staff members contacting local organizations and companies on a member’s behalf.
Finally, SOFA membership includes marketing materials, such as business cards and PowerPoint presentations, as well as exclusive discounts on USPS mailing rates when promoting SOFA-related events.
